Learning from Sally[]
After two acting classes left her with no help, Kristen went to Sally Reed's acting class in the hopes it'd be different. Kristen watched everyone deliver monologues from movies until it was her turn to say something. She steps on the stage and delivers a quick performance with little preparation.
Sally, noticing this, stepped on stage and began to interrogate her past and rile her up until Kristen powerfully says the monologue. Sally praises her work before being told that her methods were cruel by the other students. Eventually, they all left except for Kristen, who was happy that someone was able to get a performance out of her. She reveals that she has a big audition coming up and needs to learn how to act quickly. Sally agrees to the partnership and begins teaching her.
