Chris Lucado is a character in Barry. He is portrayed by Chris Marquette.
He is a former Marine logistics officer who befriended Barry Berkman while in the military. Both of them reconnect in Los Angeles after Barry starts using a Facebook account and finds Chris.
History[]
Reuniting with Barry[]
In 2018, Chris was sent a message by Barry Berkman, a friend he made while working in the military. Chris and him got together one night and quickly got close again while also introducing Barry to Taylor Garrett and Vaughn.
A Hit Gone Wrong[]
Chris joins fellow Marines Taylor and Vaughn in a botched attack on the Bolivian mob, following Taylor's discovery of Barry's assassin work. After he and Barry survive the attack, Chris has a nervous breakdown and expresses his wish to inform the police of their activities. Barry is forced to kill him to ensure his silence, staging his death as a suicide.
Legacy[]
During the third season, Fuches informs both Albert Nguyen and Chris's widow Sharon that Barry murdered Chris. After Sharon attempts to poison Barry in revenge, Chris appears as a hallucination in his delirium along with dozens of his other victims.
